3 lbs Potatoes peeled and cut up
2 lbs Onions cut up
3 Carrots peeled and sliced
4 cloves Garlic crushed
1 lb Kielbasa sliced
2 envelopes Knorr's Vegetable Soup Mix (dry)
1 t. Sugar
1/2 c. Milk
2 T. Crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put potatoes in large pot fill 3/4 of the way with water. Bring to low boil on the stovetop. Add onions, carrots, vegetable soup mix and garlic. Cook til carrots are tender. With a potato masher, mash soup til chunky. Add kielbasa, crushed pepper, sugar and milk. Cook on low for about one hour. Salt and pepper to taste.
