1 baked pie shell
1 cup sugar + 4 tbsp.
3 tbsp. flour, heaped
3 tbsp. cocoa, heaped
2 eggs, seperated
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. butter, heaped
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, egg yolks together, stir in milk. Cook over medium heat just until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove and add butter and vanilla, stir well. Pour into baked pie shell.
Beat egg whitesuntil soft peaks and add 4 tsp. sugar. Beat until stiff peaks. Cover chocolate filling and bake at 450º until just browned.
