Chicken, cut up and boiled
ham pieces for boiling
1 small onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
In large pot boil chicken, ham pieces, and chopped onion. Allow to cool; remove from bone and set aside. Measure broth that remains after cooking chicken. 1 cup of broth equals 1 cup of cooked rice. Combine cooked rice, chicken. Cook on LO heat until most of liquid is dried out of rice.
