2 pounds frozen hashbrowns (I use grated)
1/2 cup melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salf
1/4 tsp.black pepper
2 cups crushed cornflakes mixed with 1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Defrost hasbrowns. Combine next 7 ingredients and mix with hashbrowns.
Put in a 3 qt. casserole. Saute cornflakes in butter and sprinkle on top.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
