¾ lb Fresh FRENCH Green Beans
Dash of Sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Medium Onions, halved and slivered
4 Medium Roma Tomatoes halved and sliced
16 Strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
6 tbsp Salted Butter
4 tsp Prepared Dijon Mustard
3 tsp Prepared Horseradish
8 tbsp Light Brown Sugar
1 ½ tsp Salt
Dash of Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer green beans for 5 minutes in enough water to cover, adding sugar and salt & pepper to taste beforehand
Drain and put into 9 x 11 casserole dish. Add and layer the slivered onions, sliced tomatoes & bacon. Mix the butter, mustard, horseradish brown sugar, salt & pepper in a saucepan over low heat. Once heated through, pour over the items in the casserole dish. (Recipe can be made up to this point the day before!)

Bake at 350º. for 40-50 minutes until bubbly. Serve using a slotted spoon.
