4 Potatoes (larger)
6-8 Slices of Bacon (enough for bacon bits)
1 c of Sour Cream
½ c of Milk
4 tbsp of Butter
Salt/Pepper
1 c Cheddar Cheese (to be shredded)
8 Green Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven 350 º.
Place potatoes in oven for about an Hour:
Mean while, Cook Bacon and drain. Then crumble the bacon into bits
Allow potatoes to cool then Slice them in half (length wise). Then scoop out the middles into a bowl and leave the skins
Add sour cream, milk, butter, salt/pepper (to taste), ½ the cheddar and ½ the onions to the potato insides and mix.
Place the mixed potato insides back into the skins and place remaining onions and cheddar on top of each potato. Also place the bacon bits on top too.
Bake another 15-20 mins on 350º
