3 eggs-beaten well
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tsp lemon extract or 1 tsp vanilla and 1tsp lemon
1/2 cup milk
3 cups flour
3 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt

For Louise M's omit milk-add only 2 1/4 cup flour-Bake 375 º 8-10 minutes
Directions:
Directions:
Add alternately with milk, flour, baking powder, salt
Drop by teaspoons on greased baking sheet.
Bake 425º for 5 minutes

May add chopped cherries, nuts or crushed pineapple
