3 eggs
1 ½ cups sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla & anise or almond extract
6 cups sifted flour
1 lb butter
sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter until creamy, add sugar & eggs (one at a time)
Add milk, vanilla and anise or almond extract.

In separate bowl, mix together flour, salt and baking powder. Fold in butter mixture until incorporated.

Make little oval balls- roll in Sesame seeds- place on non-greased cookie sheet.

Bake at 375º for 15 minutes. Do not over bake or they will hard.
