Cake:
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
2 1/2 c. raw diced apples
1 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Topping:
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Mix cooking oil, sugar, vanilla, and eggs together until creamy. Add flour, baking soda, salt, raw diced apples, and chopped walnuts to sugar mixture. Bake 1 hour or until done. Topping - Heat butter, brown sugar and milk stirring constantly until melted (3 to 4 minutes). When cake is done and still warm - poke several holes in top of cake and pour topping over cake.
