1 lb. pkg. graham crackers
2 small boxes French vanilla instant pudding mix
3 1/2 cups milk
8 oz. Cool whip
Frosting:
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. softened butter
3 Tbsp. warm milk

Directions:
Directions:
Blend pudding and milk for about 2 min., then fold in cool whip.
Layer bottom of 9x13 pyrex dish with whole graham crackers and pour 1/2 pudding on top. Repeat layer of crackers and pudding. Top with one more layer of crackers and spread frosting on top.
Frosting: Mix warm milk and butter and stir in cocoa and sugar gradually. Blend until smooth and creamy.
