3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup sugar
1-8oz package cream cheese, softened
1-8oz container Cool Whip, thawed
1 large package instant pudding (chocolate, lemon, banana, vanilla, whatever you like)
3 cups milk

Prepare pudding as directed on package, cool pudding. (You can also use instant pudding)

Cut flour and butter together, stir in nuts. Press mixture into the bottom of a 13x9x2 inch casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Whip cream cheese and sugar together until light and fluffy. Fold in 1 cup of whipped cream.

Spread cream cheese mixture over cooled crust. Spoon on pudding. Cover with remaining whipped cream. Sprinkle nuts, shaved chocolate or banana slices on over the top.

Chill several hours or overnight. (If you are topping with bananas wait to add them until right before serving to avoid browning the bananas)
