1 lbs ground beef
1 can green chiles
1 package taco seasoning
1/4 cup onion
3/4 cup water
1 dozen corn tortillas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can tomato sauce (or El Pato Sauce if you like it spicy)
1 can corn, drained (optional)
1 can black beans, drained, rinsed (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, stir in onion. When the onion is tender stir in taco seasoning water and soup, simmer for 5 minutes. Add tomato sauce, green chilies, corn (if using), and beans (if using). Tear tortillas into bite size pieces and stir into meat mixture. Top with shredded cheese and let simmer for 10 minutes.
