2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp all purpose flour
1 cup milk (or heavy cream)
1 tsp chicken flavored Better Than Bullion
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Whisk in the flour to form a roux, cook for 1-2 minutes. Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly, making sure to avoid clumps. Stir in the bouillon. Whisk constantly until the mixture begins to thicken, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Keep sauce warm.

Serve over Layered Cordon Bleu.
