1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1 c. red wine
2 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 small garlic clove, minced
2 T. onion, minced

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Marinate a 4-5 lb. round steak for 12-24 hours. For a sirloin steak, marinate for 2 hours.
