6 potatoes baked and cubed OR cubed and boiled until just fork tender
1 pint sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
3 tbsp melted butter
1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup melted butter
3/4 cups corn flakes, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except corn flakes and ¼ cup melted butter, place in a casserole dish. Combine corn flakes and reserved butter and sprinkle over potato mixture.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.
