1 lbs ground beef
1 head cabbage
1 cup cooked rice
3/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup minced parsley
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
1-16oz can diced tomatoes
1 tbsp honey
1 bullion cube dissolved in 1/2 cup boiling water
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 egg
2-3 shakes Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper

Directions:

Wash and core cabbage and place in lightly boiling salted water. Remove outer leaves as they loosen. Mix meat, ¼ cup onion, rice, parsley, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, Tabasco, and egg. Divide mixture among cabbage, roll and secure with a toothpick. Saute garlic, ½ cup onion and green pepper in butter. Add remaining ingredients including cabbage rolls and cook covered at 350ºF for 30-35 minutes.
