1 box Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 c oil
4 eggs
1 can Mandarin Oranges (juice too)

Frosting:
1 package of Vanilla Instant Pudding
1 lg can Crushed Pineapple
1 lg container Cool Whip

Cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 3 thin layers at 325º- 350º for 30-40 minutes.

While cake is baking, sprinkle vanilla instant pudding over the can of crushed pineapple. When pudding is dissolved, mix with cool whip. Frost the cake after the layers have been completely cooled.

Keep in Refrigerator. Cake is better as it ages.
