2 1/2 lbs (softened) cream cheese
1 3/4 c.sugar
5 whole eggs plus 2 egg yolks
3 T. flour
1/4 c. heavy whipping cream or half & half
2 tsp. vanilla


GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST
2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs
2 T. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
You can add your own fruit or caramel and pecans...endless possibilities!!!!

FILLING:
You will need a SPRINGFORM PAN!!!!!!!!!
Cream sugar and Cream cheese together...until no lumps! Add eggs one at a time and beat after each one. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into Graham cracker crust. Bake 500 degrees for 15 minutes--REDUCE heat to 200 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Store in Refrigerator...It is best to make this the day before you want to serve it...its better with age...lol

CRUST:
Mix and pat into Springform pan. The crust is just your general graham cracker crust!!!!

I do not give this recipe out but I want to share My Sailors favorite thing!!!!! As promised....this is by far the best cheesecake that I have ever eaten!!
