3 lbs. Macintosh Apples
1 cup sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 - 1 stick butter
cinnamon to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut up apples into pieces into a large cooking pot. On medium heat, cook down apples and mash them into a thick chunky sauce. Add sugar, flour and butter anytime after the apples begin to cook down. Simmer on low heat, stirring constantly. When it cooks down to the consistency you like, its ready!
Enjoy hot or cold.
