3 c chocolate wager crumbs
1/2 c sweet butter, melted
1 lb semi-sweet chocolate
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 cups whipping cream
6 tbsp, powdered sugar
4 egg whites, room temperature.
Painting Leaves: Use camellia or other waxy leaves
80z semi-sweet chocolate
2 scant tbsp shortening

Crust: Combine crumbs and butter. Press on bottom and up sides of a 9 or 10 inch springform pan. Chill 30 min or in freeze

Filling: Melt chocolate in top of double boiler over water (or in microwave oven) about 3 - 31/2 minutes. Cool to lukewarm.
Add the 2 whole eggs and mix well. Add 4 egg yolks and mix well. Whip cream with powdered sugar. Beat egg whites until stiff but not dry.
Stir a little of the cream in chocolate mixture well, then continue to add cream to egg whites until completely incorporated. turn into crust and chill at least 6 hours or overnight. Decorate top only with sweetened whipping cream and chocolate leaves.

Leaves: melt chocolate and shortening. Using spoon, generously coat underside of leaves. Chill or freeze until firm. Peel away leaf, starting at stem-end of leaf, and refrigerate
