Grandma Church’s Chicken and Rice
1 Cup uncooked instant white rice
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 ¾ cup of water
1 pkg. Onion Soup Mix
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put uncooked rice in un-greased pan. Lay chicken on rice. Mix water and soup, pour over chicken and rice. Shake packet of Soup Mix sprinkle over top . Cover w/ foil and bake 1 ½ hours. Check to be sure it is not too wet or dry. Cook 10 min. without foil.

This is one of the dishes that Grandma is known for but every time you ask her how to make it she just talks about how easy it is. Took a while to extract the recipe and ingredients. There are a million recipes for this kind of dish but this is the one that brings back memories for anyone that had Grandma Bernice's version.
