2 pounds beef stew meat

3 Bouillon Cubes

1 cup chopped onion

1 to 2 Cans of Cream of Mushroom Soup

1 to 2 Cans of Cream of Celery Soup

1 can (6 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained

1/4 teaspoon pepper

Can add 8oz of Sour Cream and or 8oz Cream Cheese for thicker sauce

Bag of Egg Noodles

Directions:
Cook beef stew cubes in a sauce pan. Once cubes are halfway brown put in 3 Bouillon Cubes and onion till full cooked. Stir in all ingredients and cook on low heat for sauce to thicken. Boil water for Egg Noodles.
