3 pt. vinegar
1 pt. water
3 c. sugar
1 T onion salt or powder
1 tsp. garlic salt
3 T canning salt
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. Turmic
Use chopped or sliced vegetables such as,
sliced carrots-blanched for 3 minutes
cauliflower, mushrooms, cucumbers,sliced. whole little onions, a variety of peppers: Bell-red and green, anaheims,
one or two hot ones in each jar beside other kinds.

Put vegetables in jar. Pour over the hot brine. Seal and water bath for 10 minutes.
