3 cups water
7 chicken-flavored bouillon cubes
6 zucchini, sliced
2 carrots, scraped and sliced
1 small onion, sliced
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, cubed and softened
salt and pepper to taste
hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bring water to a boil in a Dutch oven; add bouillon cubes, stirring until dissolved. Add vegetables; reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Pour into container of an electric blender; process until smooth. (Be sure not to overload. When mixture is hot it can blow the top off so watch it!) Return mixture to Dutch oven; stir in cream cheese, salt, pepper, and hot sauce. Cook over low heat, stirring until thoroughly heated. Serve hot or chilled. Yield: 8 cups
