15 oz. can chick peas in brine, rinsed and drained
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. sunflower oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & Freshly ground pepper
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. ground chili
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, combine chick peas, garlic and olive oil. Process until almost smooth, stopping to push down paste from sides of the bowl. Add sunflower oil, lemon juice, seasoning to taste, spices and parsley. Process until very smooth, add water for thinner consistency. Scrape into a bowl and swirl decoratively. Serve with pita.
