Cherry Mash Fudge Recipe

2 c sugar
2/3 c evaporated milk
dash salt
12 lg marshmallows
1/2 c margarine
Combine and heat to boiling. Boil 5 min.

1 c cherry chips (Sather's)
1 T vanilla
Stir into above mixture.

Line a 9x13 pan with foil. Butter foil. Pour hot mixture into pan.
12 oz milk chocolate chips (1 1/4 c)
1 T margarine
Melt in double boiler or microwave.

3/4 c crunchy peanut butter
10 oz salted peanuts, crushed (30 T)
Stir into above chocolate mixture. This will get hard quickly so do it fast. Spread over cherry layer. If needed, warm it up in microwave before spreading. Chill and cut into 1" squares.
