Ingredients:  
Crust: 2 cups flour, 1/2 cup oil, 1/4 cup water

Filling:
6-8 sliced, peeled apples
3/4-1 cup sugar
2 T flour
1/2 t cinnamon
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients to make crust and roll out. Place in 9 inch pie pan. For the filling, combine all ingredients except the butter. Fill pastry. Dot with butter. Roll out another crust and place over the top. Pinch edges and cut slits into the top. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 400º for 50 minutes
