3 cups cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 t salt
2 eggs
1/2 stick melted butter
1/2 cup milk
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cook sweet potatoes. Drain and mash. Mix all ingredients together and spread in greased square pan or casserole dish. In separate bowl combine 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup pecans, 1/2 cup flour, and 1/2 stick melted butter. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake for 30-45 minutes at 350º.
