1 lb of ground chuck
1 c of firmly packed soft bread crumbs
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c cream or milk
1/2 c of chopped onion
1/4 c minced parsley
1 t of salt
1/4 t of pepper
1 can beef gravy
1/2 c tomato sauce
1 (4 oz) can of sliced mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first eight ingredients well and chill. Shape into patties. Brown in 3T of oil. Drain. Mix the gravy, tomato sauce and mushrooms and pour over patties cover and simmer or bake at 350* for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
