1 pound chocolate bark
1 tbsp salad oil
80 Ritz crackers
Peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
Directions:
Directions:
Make 40 sandwiches of Ritz and peanut butter.

Melt chocolate bark and salad oil in double boiler.

Dip sandwiches into chocolate to coat and place on waxed paper to cool.

Can decorate with chopped nuts - or whatever you wish before cool.
