1 sleeve of unsalted saltine crackers
12 oz package chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped peanuts
2 sticks butter (not margarine)
1 c light brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with foil. Place a single layer of crackers on foil (break to fit entire pan if needed). Boil butter and sugar on medium heat for 3 minutes; pour over crackers and bake at 400º for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over and bake 1 additional minute. Remove from oven and spread chocolate evenly. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Cool and serve in randomly broken pieces.
