1 pkg. Knorrs Vegetable Soup
16 oz. sour cream
1 c. Hellmann's Mayonaise
1 can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
Directions:

Combine all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Serve with Triscuits.
