3 c. all purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. crisco
9 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon or almond extract
10 in. tube pan - greased & floured
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, blend until smooth.
Beat on medium speed of electric mixer, 10 - 15 minutes or until very fluffy.
Spoon batter into the greased tube pan.
Bake at 300º for 1 hour 25 minutes or until done.
Leave in pan until very cool.
