1 9-inch pie shell, baked
¾ c powdered sugar
1/3 c chunky peanut butter
1 small package vanilla pudding, prepared (not instant)
Frozen whipped topping
Directions:
Directions:
Blend sugar and peanut butter with pastry blender; mixture will be crumbly.
Pour onto bottom of pie shell, reserving ¼ cup for top of pie.
Pour pudding over first mixture; cover with topping and sprinkle with reserve crumbs.
Chill until ready to serve.
