2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. unsalted butter, softened
3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
12 oz. white chocolate, coarsely chopped
3/4 c. salted macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1 1/4 c. golden raisins

Preheat oven to 350º
Lightly grease 2 cookie sheets
In bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt
In large mixer bowl, cream butter with sugars until light and fluffy
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition
Beat in vanilla
Gradually beat in the dry ingredients
Stir in chocolate, nuts and raisins
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheets
Bake 8-10 minutes, until pale golden
Let cool on wire racks
