1/3 c. light rum
1/3 c. rolled oats (oatmeal)
2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsps. unsweetened cocoa powder
2/3 c. toasted English walnuts
2/3 c. golden raisins
2/3 c. shredded coconut
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
14 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/3 c. butter (melted and cooled)
About 3 Tbsps. granulated sugar

Directions:
In large bowl combine rum & oats;cdover & set aside 1 hour
Add all remaining ingredients EXCEPT granulated sugar; stir well until well combined. Cover & refrigerate 1 hour.

Roll teaspoons of mixture into 1 In. balls. Roll balls in sugar, coating generously.

Store 24 hours in an airtight container at room temperature before serving.
May then be frozen.
