3 c. oats
1 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 sticks butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter
1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oats, flour, sugars, 2 sticks softened butter, eggs, and baking soda. Press 2/3 of mixture in bottom of cake pan and slightly up the sides of pan. Set aside the other 1/3 of mixture for later.
In sauce pan, heat slowly sweetened condensed milk, 1 stick butter, and both chocolate chips. Melt until smooth, then remove from heat. Add vanilla to sauce pan mixture, stir. Pour this mixture over the pressed oat mixture in pan. Crumble remaining oat mixture over the top. Bake at 325º for appx. 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting.
