3 lbs chicken, bone-in pieces
2 T firecracker spice rub
16 baby carrots, peeled
1 sm onion, thinly sliced
1 c BBQ sauce
1/3 c honey
1 T all purpose flour

Firecracker Rub
1 T chili powder
1 1/2 t garlic salt
1 1/2 t garlic pepper

Directions:
Preheat grill to medium-high or oven to 450*F. Sprinkle chicken with firecracker rub. Arrange chicken, carrots & onion in foil bag in an even layer. Mix BBQ sauce, honey & flour. Spoon over chicken & vegetables. Seal bag; place in a 1" deep pan. Place on grill or in over. Grill 25 - 30 minutes in covered grill or bake 40 - 45 minutes in oven.
