4 cups water
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
12-14 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Start this recipe between 2 and 5 in the evening
Combine 4 cups water and sugar
Bring to a boil and cook for 4 minutes
Set aside to cool until lukewarm
Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup water
Beat the eggs
Add oil, salt, dissolved yeast, the boiled sugar and water mixture
By hand stir in 6 cups flour
Beat until smooth, gradually adding more flour until ready to knead
Turn out onto board and knead well
Place in a large greased bowl
Cover and let rise for 2 hours
Punch down
Let rise again until double
Punch down again and form into 7 dozen buns
Place on greased cookie sheets and cover
Let set overnight
In the morning preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Bake for 20-25 minutes
