1/2 c butter, room temperature
1 1/2 c sugar
2 oz baking chocolate, melted
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 c sifted flour
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 c sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in large bowl.
Blend in melted chocolate.
Add eggs and vanilla; beat until light and fluffy.
Put flour, baking soda and salt into sifter. Sift into creamed mixture alternating with sour cream; beat well after each addition. Then beat 1 min on medium speed.
Spoon into cupcake liners - fill cups 1/2 full
Bake 20 min at 375º or until toothpick comes out dry.
Cool completely. Frost.

Chocolate Frosting: 12 oz semisweet real chocolate chips; 2 c sour cream; room temp. Melt chocolate, stir until smooth. Remove from heat; blend in sour cream.
