6 large eggs
1 can evaporated milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 pkg (30 ounce) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 cup diced ham

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Grease 9X13 baking dish
Combine eggs, evaporated milk, salt and pepper in large bowl
Add potatoes, cheese, onion, green pepper and ham
Mix well
Pour mixture into prepared baking dish
Bake for 60 minutes or until set
