1 c. Shortening
1 1/2 c. Sugar
2 Eggs
2 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. Crème of Tartar
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
(Roll into Cinnamon and Sugar mixture)
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-Heat oven to 400º. Mix together shortening, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients (except the cinnamon and sugar mixture you roll dough into). Roll dough into balls and roll into cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake at 400º for about 10 minutes.
