1 Stick Butter
2 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 c. Pecans (chopped into small pieces)
1 c. Four
Powdered Sugar

Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º degrees. Mix all ingredients (except powdered sugar) together in a large bowl. Roll into bite size balls. On a cookie sheet bake at 300º for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and roll into powdered sugar. YUM!
