1 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 cup pecans, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large container of Cool Whip (12 oz.)
2 pkg. butterscotch instant pudding mix
3 cups milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together flour, butter and pecans and spread in bottom of a 10-inch spring-form pan, or similar size rectangular baking dish. Bake 15 minutes at 300º. Cool.

Mix cream cheese and sugar and fold in 1 cup of the Cool Whip. Spread over cooled crust.

Follow directions on pudding package using only 3 cups of milk. When thickened, spread over cream cheese mixture.

Take remainder of Cool Whip and spread over top. Sprinkle with chopped nuts to decorate.

Chill at least four hours before serving.
