2 quarts fresh whole milk
5 eggs
1 3/4 cups sugar
4 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Put milk on to cook. Beat eggs, add sugar and beat. Then add flour and vanilla. Beat until light and foamy. When milk comes to a boil, add other ingredients and bring back to a boil. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Let cool. Put in ice cream in a 4 quart ice cream freezer and freeze according to freezer directions.

To add fruit, mash fruit and add some sugar. Add to almost frozen ice cream and continue freezing process.

Makes 3-4 quarts.
