"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

2 cans whole kernel corn
2 cans Bushes mixed beans(I think they are pinto and northern)

2 pkg taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch dressing

2 small cans of spicy V8 juice
1 cup of water (or more if the soup is too thick)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown and drain ground beef. Mix all the ingredients with the ground beef - you can simmer it for about 30 minutes on the stove, but I usually put it in the crockpot on low for at least 4 hours. Serve with chopped green onions, shredded cheese, sour cream, and tostitos. ( or as Daddy called them tostittyios)
