2-3 eggs
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 T flour
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 stick margarine
1 can coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Stir eggs up; add flour to sugar and combine; add buttermilk and melted margarine and coconut.
Bake 325 degrees 30-35 mins
