2 6 oz. containers Yoplait yogurt (use your favorite flavor)
1 8 oz. container Cool Whip thawed
1 graham cracker pie crust

Put yogurt into a large bowl. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread into pie shell. Freeze for 3 to 4 hours. Let sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before cutting and serving.

This makes a great summer dessert. Our favorite flavors to use are Pina Colada or Key Lime Pie. I often fold in citrus zest with the Cool Whip and yogurt. I also sprinkle granola or toasted coconut on top before putting in the freezer.
