1 Chuck Roast with bone, Beef Round, or Beef Chuck Cubes
Frozen Mixed Vegetables
Celery, chopped
Onion, chopped
Carrots, chopped
Cabbage, chopped
12-14 oz can whole tomatoes
4-6 oz can tomato paste
Beef flavored bullion (Belmont Brand if you can find it)

Directions:
Directions:
Put the roast in a pot of water and bring to a boil. Boil for 45 - 60 minutes, depending on the cut (if using beef cubes, sear in the pan with a little flour before adding water)
Add all of the vegetables, tomatoes and tomato paste
Continue cooking until beef is done, falling off the bone
Remove roast, cool slightly and de-bone
Return meat to pot
Dissolve bullion in some of the hot broth, add to soup to taste
