4 Beef Patties
1 lg. onion sliced
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 small bag baby carrots
4 med. potatoes sliced
2 tsp. beef bouillon granules
4 lg. squares foil
Directions:
Directions:
Add beef patty, onion, mushrooms, carrots, potatoes 1/4tsp. Beef granules and salt and pepper to each square of foil wrap up like a package, place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour. This can also be done on a barbecue grill by laying packages directly on the grill.

You may add as much veggies or whatever kind you prefer, these are just what I usually use. This is a great all in one package meal with very easy clean up.
